As you may recall, last month I spent half a day waiting for Kathy to come out of Kimmel and she never even came over to sign or do pictures. I was expecting to be shot down again tonight, but by some miracle, the cameras were right there helping me get my picture. Hooray!

Pinky's Fandance - Kathy Griffin
Tonight I had the amazing experience of getting about 30 new photos at a pre-Emmy reception. I'll try to feature them in the coming months, but I wanted to post the picture with Kathy Griffin, as I learned a new trick tonight: Apparently, asking a celebrity for a picture WHILE THEY'RE BEING FILMED BY TMZ is the way to get it done. How can they say no when being filmed? They'd look like a big, fat jerk.
