Top Five LOL Dogs of the Day

Anniversary Trip - Day Two

As we discovered last year, the only way to do the anniversary trip is to do two whole days in the hotel instead of just one night. Wait, did that make sense? Technically, I guess it was three days, two nights, but who's counting, right?
One of our favorite parts about the hotel is this delicious breakfast. Yum! Such a perfect way to start the day. And you can't really beat that view!
Keith made the mistake of feeding this little guy....so he wouldn't really leave us alone the rest of the time. Oops.
Giant prezzie all for me! :)
Our fave lunch was followed with a yummy dinner.
This was the last day before we left.
Our hot tub was my fave part!
Oh, and in case you were wondering what was inside that gigantic bag.....it works perfectly with my style, right?!?! :)
We finished our trip by being major tourists wearing adorable hats and playing Pokemon Go at the pier. We totally won our anniversary this year. :)

Pinky's Fandance - Shannon Purser

So, here's the thing. I'm super stoked we got to meet Shannon Purser at the LA Comic Con this weekend. I really am. As "Barb" on Stranger Things, Shannon is awesome and I've enjoyed following her on social media and totally looked forward to meeting her. But, the LA Comic Con is a horrendous thing to attend. I'd never gone before and I never will again. The only reason we did this time was to meet Shannon, along with a few others (that I'll feature later on this week).
So, imagine my surprise after finally getting a parking spot, waiting in a long line to get in, and then not being able to find anyone in a crowd of people, to learn that Shannon wasn't doing pictures at her table. Say what? I simply don't understand that. If you're at a con, what does it matter? You're making a lot of money. The least you can do is give people what they want. You know, the people who paid to get in, who spent a lot of time and money getting to you, and then still have to spend more money to meet you? Yeah, those people. It took A LOT of begging on our parts to get her to agree to a picture at the table and it shouldn't have been that hard. Like, just do it. Why is it even a question? Dita Von Teese was doing pictures at her table. Joanna Cassidy was doing pictures at her table. You know, LEGENDS. Not someone who literally achieved fame like a few months ago for (spoiler alert) dying on a Netflix show after being in like one or two episodes. Granted, Barb is great and as I said, I'm stoked we met her. But, come on, dude. Be realistic.

Anniversary Trip - Day One

Our anniversary trip was heaven, just as we'd hoped.
The first night, we took a nice walk along the water, ate some yummy Mexican food, and enjoyed our beautiful view. Perfection.

Celebrity Wrap Up - Wednesday Edition

Hello and welcome to Wednesday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
It's always so hard around Halloween to know what's a costume and what's not. This isn't. But I had questions.
These, also, aren't costumes. Cute, though.
I love how snuggly he looks.
This was a costume and that isn't a real shirt. It's paint. My eyes!
That's a whole lotta scarf.

Happy 3rd Wedding Anniversary!

Today marks the third anniversary of marrying my amazing husband. I'm so lucky to have found this incredible man...the fact that we took this huge leap three years ago still makes me smile every day.
As it is our anniversary, this will most likely be my last post of the week, as we'll be busy celebrating at our favorite place. Have a wonderful week! Celebrate love!

Top Five Postsecrets of the Day

Supporting Friends

On Saturday we headed towards the mountains to support my boss and friend as he bid farewell to his dad. It was a beautiful service and I'm really glad we were able to go.
Afterwards we went back to their house where they had a lithograph from The Fox and the Hound that Keith was stoked to sign. Despite the somber occasion, we had a great time spending time with their family.
