Vegas or Bust!

We're in Vegas this weekend working on a project for Keith. It's been a quick trip, but we're having fun...even in the 118 degree temperature!

Top Five LOL Animals of the Day

Fancy Shmancy Fun

Last night our dear friend Charles was in town visiting with his producing partner, Scott, and they treated me and Keith to a fancy dinner out at Wood Ranch. Um, can I say YUM a million times?!?!
Charles and Scott are working on a fabulous film and are looking to have Keith possibly be a part of it. How great would that be?!?!
We had so much fun. The food was scrumptious (I may have mentioned that already...) and the company was even better. I didn't want the night to end!
Thanks, Scott and Charles, for a night we won't soon forget! Loved it!

Pinky's Fandance - Tony Goldwyn

Ever since Tony Goldwyn shocked me by being the (spoiler alert 20 years later) bad guy in Ghost, I've wanted to meet him. Now that he's on the hugely popular show, Scandal, as the President of the United States, my desire to meet him only grew.
Yesterday Tony appeared on a talk show and I was lucky enough to get to meet him. I was hoping to get him as he arrived, but he only waved. Sigh. When he left, he started walking right to his car and I thought he was stiffing us, but we kept screaming his name until he finally relented and came over. Phew! I'd always heard he was super nice; I was happy to see for myself that it was true.

Yes, I'm a Child

Just so you know, on the top of my computer monitor at work, I have a bunch of toys. Hello Kitty, Squinkies, flamingos....you name it. But my fave toys of all are my adorable Little Mermaid ones.
Look how sweet they are just standing there...in love. They're so mini and cute. I love it.
Speaking of Little Mermaid, I found this amazing shot online yesterday. LOVES it!
Know what another cool toy would be? The Fox and the Hound vinylmation set - it's a mini Keith!

Celebrity Wrap Up - Sunday Edition

Hello and welcome to Sunday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
Oh, woe is me. Why couldn't that be me standing next to Harry and finally getting my pic with him? Blurgh.
Can you hear me, Demi? I'm telling you to dye your hair back to brown because that blonde is horrendous.
Oooh, looks like JT put on his "big hair" for the evening.
Shouldn't a designer like Vera Wang be familiar with make-up? Why isn't she wearing any?
Gah! My eyes are bleeding.

Top Five LOL Dogs of the Day

Wedding Snowglobe

You may or may not know this, but I LOVE snowglobes. I'm not sure why my love for snowglobes never catches on (as the flamingo and Hello Kitty love certainly catches on), but no matter. I can buy them for myself.
Saw this one the other day and just couldn't resist the perfect little bride and groom inside. Her dress has pink flowers! Love it!

Pinky's Fandance Flashback - David Spade

Remember that ONE time David Spade actually looked into the camera (well, close enough) and smiled?
Yeah, that was awesome.

Watch This: Shanghai Calling

They showed us a super cute movie during lunch at work the other day. Considering we're working on the Shanghai project, I guess it only makes sense for us to watch a film set over in Shanghai.
Shanghai Calling is a sweet little romantic comedy about an American who moves to Shanghai for a temporary work assignment and falls in love.
Sure, it's not going to surprise you with any major plot twists, but the actors are fun to watch and the city looks amazing. Almost makes me want to go.

Celebrity Wrap Up - Saturday Edition

Hello and welcome to Saturday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
The fact that she thinks she looks so adorable is just making her come across as the opposite of that.
Why does Chloe try so hard to look so bad? Has she always been a horrible dresser?
Egads, Chan, get some sleep, bro.
Rolled up sleeves? Yes, please. Yum.
Loving the blue on Leighton. Super cute.

Top Five Grumpy Cats of the Day

Have You Ever Seen Anything Cuter? I Think Not

Yes, I agree. Let's all collectively say the first thing that comes to mind: "AWWWWWWWWWWWW."
Sammy is obviously in heaven. I'm fearful he's starting to love Keith more than me, but that's OK, as long as he stays the happy and sweet puppy he is.
I mean, come on - how could anyone resist that adorable little face?!?!?

Pinky's Fandance - Peter Sarsgaard

Lest you think I'm being accosted by a homeless man on the street, let me assure you that this was, in fact, Peter Sarsgaard. He's just hidden by all that facial hair.
The funniest part about seeing him in this, um, way, was that we only recognized him because he was walking with Adam Brody and Amanda Seyfried - both co-stars in Lovelace (the movie they were promoting at Sundance). After we got our pictures, his rep held him back from the group saying no one would recognize him on his own (she was right). Peter, of course, is always super nice. I love him.

Yes, Yes, A Thousand Times, Yes

Here's a great marketing tool - anytime a woman buys a box of tampons, she gets a coupon (or even a free pint) of this amazing looking ice cream. Hello, they'd make a killing!
Speaking of which...does it say CHOCOLATE PUDDING!?!?! Yum. Me want now.

Celebrity Wrap Up - Friday Edition

Hello and welcome to Friday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
Did he rob a gangster's closet? The Godfather is going to be pissed.
A leather dress? Really, Naomi? You're better than that.
How come the twins never get to rock the red carpet? We all know they can walk - let them come!
So, apparently, London was the only premiere that James could be bothered to attend. Harumph.
Wowsa! Talk about a mini-me! Cindy's daughter is her spitting image.
