Get Thee Hence, Insomnia

I fear I've got a bout of insomnia coming on. Last night wasn't a particularly good night's sleep (which may have factored into my no good, rotten, very bad day) and so far I'm still up. The TV is just annoying me - if I see that Arby's commerical where the guy marries a goat one more time I'm going to blow my brains out. It wasn't even funny the first time (OK, it was a wee bit funny, but just for a second) and they must have it on constant repeat. When it's not Arby's commercials, it's some stupid political recap, or debate, or opinion, or something else related to the election that I don't care about. Make it stop! Oh, and when did Scrubs take over every channel? Now, I like a good Scrubs just as much as the next guy, but I've officially reached Scrubs overload. If Ricky Schroder isn't on it as Nurse Paul Flowers (and, really, even if he is), I can't watch. Right now my only choices are Scrubs (on several channels, mind you) and Everybody Loves Raymond (which I also overdosed on years ago when it went into syndication and I've never recovered). I simply can't fall asleep fast enough to escape the bad TV.
