Tired (or Blonde) People Shouldn't Dress Themselves

Wow. Imagine my surprise to discover that my carefully selected be-presentable-to-your-clients-by-wearing-fancy-clothes outfit has been on wrong all day. Apparently tired (and blonde) people should not be allowed to dress themselves, especially on a Very Important Work Day. My lovely pink/black skirt has been inside out the entire day. Yes, that's right, inside out. I've had breakfast with the clients, worked on a presentation (that I'll be pitching shortly) and have been walking around all day thinking I looked fairly decent (despite the bags under my eyes) when, alas, that is not the case at all. Big deep seams should not be visible from the outside. Bugger! On a positive note, I did just complete my first Powerpoint presentation (big thanks to Kate for showing me the ropes) and I finally figured out how to get my work email on my iPhone. Wahoo! Now I can take work wherever I go (and yes, I do work on occasion, in case anyone thought all I did was sit around and blog all day). :)

Wow I have worn my shirt wrong. I even came to work with two different shoes on one day. To make matters worse one shoe had a heal and one was a flat and I walked to work without figuring out that I had on two different shoes. So I am addicted to power point. Are you on the new one with all the fancey stuff?

I was laughing out loud at your blonde moment. Thanks for sharing. We have all done it at one point or another.

Can't wait for our dinner tomorrow night!
