Should I Stay Or Should I Go?

When I moved to Salt Lake in 2001, all of my siblings lived here (well, in Provo, at least), which was awesome. I loved being so close and having Sunday dinners together each week. After they all moved, both my parents moved to Utah (in different cities), which has been really nice. However, with the recent departure of both my parents, I'm starting to feel like the Last One Standing in Utah. How did this happen? Utah, really? My sister is on a big kick for me to move to Arizona...but even she doesn't want to live there. I don't really see the draw of living on the surface of the sun, although I would love to live near her (as we're ridiculously close and she probably knows me best in the whole world).
My dad will be in California, so I suppose I could go back there. The only two places I've ever lived are Utah and California...and I do miss the ocean. Still, I like it here. I have good friends, I work for a good company, I could be doing a lot worse. Plus, had I never moved here, I wouldn't know some of my best friends and fantastic people. So, what to do...what to do....I guess I don't have to decide right now. The world is my oyster, right?

Thinking of moving, really? First Crusty and now you? Not sure how I feel about that!

But then, hey, I have kid(s), I am primary president, and I am pretty much always busy so maybe I don't have much of a leg to stand on.

Just make sure you think it through and if you decide to go, you better come back to visit OFTEN.

Shmeg - Oh, it's just something I'm kicking around in my head. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. It's just fun to think about....
