Saturday morning I got up and headed down to the Huntington Beach area to see my brother Jay and his super cute family. We went to lunch at Islands and had a great time. When we walked in the restaurant, Owen pointed out a flamingo and said it was my favorite animal, which I thought was the sweetest thing. Even though it was a quick trip and I just saw them a few weeks back when they were here, I'm glad I had a chance to see them. It's always nice to spend time with family - especially when the kids make me laugh so much! I played the "Pinkatastic" song for Owen and he kept singing it afterwards. In fact, he wanted me to play it again so he could learn the words. Could I be more proud? :)
