Someone's Not Excited For Halloween

Everyone seems to be super excited for Halloween this year...well, everyone except this little guy, that is. I love that he's inadvertently flipping off the camera. Ooops-y! I haven't decided if I want to dress up or not. My sister's family is all ready for the big day....I seem to be the slacker. What do I need to dress up for, though? To hand out candy?
