Pinky's Fandance, Sunday Edition

Today's picture isn't about what opportunity I was able to nab, but which opportunity was lost. Sigh. As you can imagine, since most of my pictures are from Sundance, most people like to ask me about Robert Redford and if I've had a picture with him. For the record, I have not, although during my first year I sat in front of him in a film and turned around and introduced myself as part of his staff (which completely mortified my boss, who was sitting next to me at the time). I took this picture at the world premiere of Little Miss Sunshine. As you can see, there's Robert Redford (affectionately known as "Bob"), Toni Collette (making the face with the scarf), Alan Arkin standing by Bob, and Abigail Breslin is the little girl. You can see how close I was to the scene; did I get pictures with any of the cast that night? No, I did not. BIG CHOKE. Obviously, this was long before my recently acquired celebrity picture taking skills were improved upon, but it still makes me cringe in despair.
