An Open Letter to Hollywood

Dear Hollywood,
This movie: was a phenomenal story from 1978 about an ice skater who goes blind and was already totally and completely perfect. You know the scene at the end when Lexie falls over the roses? I defy anyone not to cry.
This, however,
makes me want to throw up. An Ice Castles remake with people who *slightly* resemble the original cast (although, could anyone really beat Robbie Benson? I think not) is a HORRIBLE idea. Whoever came up with this unimaginative idea should be fired immediately. Why do you have to mess with perfection?
I will NOT be watching.
Disappointed,
Pinky Lovejoy

Ooh for shame. How dare they remake Ice Castles? We ought to start a petition or something.
