Douchebag of the Day: USHER

I've been dying to have internet service since Thursday night when I had the unfortunate experience of waiting for Usher just so I could document the night. Now, here's the thing: I don't expect every celebrity to be nice and accomodating at every single place they go. I understand they have lives and families and I really try to be respectful of that. However, when you're promoting yourself on a show and have fans waiting for hours and hours then, at the very least, you should take ten minutes out of your busy schedule to greet your fans. The other night Usher performed a mini-concert on a talk show. When he arrived, his van pulled ALL THE WAY UP TO THE DOOR and let him out (which is odd because every other celebrity on the show is dropped off five feet away and has the ability to walk themselves to the door). When he left, two and a half hours AFTER his show, the van picked up up in the same place. Now, as for the fans who'd been waiting there long before his show was over, he waved. Yes, that's right. Waved. When we continued to call him, he started walking over (big fake out) and then stopped, waved again, and walked back to the van. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!? I think that was the worst of all, because we all thought he was coming and by then it was after 9:30 at night and everyone was freezing and tired of waiting. Plus, his people had kept coming by and saying he'd be out shortly. Which was a lie. Stupid Usher. I really liked him before. Now, I'm not so sure....
