What Ad Execs Were Behind This?

I came across some interesting ads and just had to ask....what on earth?!?!Why is Felicity all wet?!? And what is she doing to that teddy bear?Poor Katie Holmes. She's going to pose herself as though she were praying (as I'm sure she is, 24/7) as much as she can.Is it just me, or is that dust ruffle placed in a rather, um, odd area?
