Movie Mania

Yesterday after work I went to see Julie & Julia, a delightful movie by Nora Ephron about Julia Child (in one storyline) and another storyline about a girl named Julie who took on the challenge of writing a year-long blog trying all of her recipes. I'm generally a pretty big fan of Nora Ephron, so I'm not surprised about how much I liked it. Both lead women were incredible and the film keeps you entertained. Check it out!
On my way home today I went and saw The Time Traveler's Wife. Let me say this right now: I liked Julie and Julia a lot, but I LOVED The Time Traveler's Wife. I can't remember when I last saw a movie that I loved this much. I loved the casting, I loved the storyline, I loved how it made you think, made you cry, made you never want it to end. I was so emotionally drained after watching it (as I seem to be a big baby), but I didn't care. I LOVED it. In fact, I think it's something I could watch again and again. Go see it!
