I found this hat last night when Sammy was trying to relax on the couch and I decided to see how it'd look on his cute little head.
Despite it being the cutest thing ever, apparently Sammy didn't appreciate being made to wear such a thing.
I guess he doesn't want to be a Festival Insider after all. Sheesh!
