If you were a fan of Lost (and, really, who wasn't?) you will most likely remember Sonya Walger as Penny, the long lost love of Desmund.
Apparently, she was also on
Flash Forward, but when I saw her I just felt like we were old friends because of her work on
Lost. Sonya just happened to be at Paul Adelstein's concert last week and I was thrilled to meet her. One more member of the
Lost cast down!
