The birthday party for Hottie Mc Hot Hot's son was a lot of fun. His little boy, Asa, is SO freaking adorable. We were trying out the new camera (the one that goes off at a smile) which, apparently, works well when trying to get a child to smile. Sadly, when we tried to take other pictures, the colors were all wonky. Pshaw. I've got two weeks to perfect my picture-taking skills.
p.s. On an unrelated note, my cauterization went OK. The doctor tried a different method, which was less painful, but it did bother me the rest of the night. He said if this doesn't work I'll have to have surgery on my nose (ugh!), so let's keep our fingers crossed that this time it works.
