I still love looking back at this fluke of a picture...which happened just because we happened to be driving by and saw Snoop standing on the street. Who would pass that by?
Thankfully, he was super sweet and my adorable niece, Phoenix, was able to have an awesome celeb encounter. Hooray! :)
