Post-Disney Dinner

The Spaghetti Factory is one of our all-time faves, but there just aren't enough around here for our liking. There is, however, one fairly close to Disneyland, so when we get a chance, we try to hit it on our way home (or there, if possible). 

This was after the long day in the sun where I literally let my hair down.

Delish dinner! Perfect date.

Pinky's Fandance - Randall Park

We are such big fans of Fresh Off the Boat it isn't even funny. I'd met Randall Park once before, but it was right before the show started.

So it was great to see him and get to tell him how much we love it. He's such a hysterical guy!

Disney Day

Spent half the day at Disneyland at Monday getting fried with friends visiting from out of town.

Sadly, my sunburn is so bad that all I see when I look at these pictures is pain. :(

Still, it was a fun day! Who doesn't love a Disney day?

Why the Dog is Happier

This is such a powerful image. I love seeing that the dog is happy because the only thing he longs for is what he's doing. 

We should totally aspire to live more like this dog! I would love to live more in the moment and stop worrying about everything so much. Good advice for sure.

Pinky's Fandance - Lynn-Holly Johnson

As a huge fan of the original Ice Castles, meeting Lynn-Holly Johnson was always a dream of mine. And, sure, I did meet her the last time she was at the Hollywood Show, but I couldn't resist stopping by again to say hi. She's so sweet!

Seriously, she is adorable. I so wish Robbie Benson would do the convention circuit with her!

Sunburn City U.S.A.

So, we went to Disneyland the other day to get some friends into the park and ended up staying for a few hours. Although I was wearing a long sleeve, long dress, what I wasn't wearing was sunscreen. Therefore, behold my major sunburn. BOO.

I'd also worn my hair up for the first time ever, which felt great at the time, but my neck sunburn feels differently. OUCH. I really need to start wearing sunscreen.

Pinky's Fandance - Louis Gossett, Jr.

Lou Gossett, Jr. is such a legend! What a thrill to be able to meet him. Keith. of course, starred with him in Toy Soldiers many moons ago and it was fun to see them reunite.

Lou was very kind and enjoyed being reunited with Keith, as well. Great time.
