I call this look my "poor girl" prom. To achieve this look, slightly dampen your hair, and then have your friend give you an awesome crown braid for a few hours to really set the curls.
While normally I like to get it braided a lot earlier in the day, this was done late afternoon and still worked well for our big date. Thanks, Clarissa, for the braid!
