In fact, since I finished it (remember, this is the book where I cried when I got to the last page because I was so sad it was over), I've been on a bit of a quest to see Rob Lowe again and tell him how much I loved his book.
While I did see him at Sundance, the book hadn't come out yet, so I could only behold the beauty that is Rob and see his mesmerizing performance in I Melt With You.
We did see him at the Emmys, but it was amidst a flurry of activity and, although I did mention my love for the book, it wasn't the exchange I was hoping for (plus, I couldn't bring the book to have signed).
Luckily, Rob was on a talk show last night and we were able to see him there. As you can see, I was pretty excited about it.
My cute little friends, Lindsay and Anushika, knew how much I loved him, so they made sure to document the moment with pictures from all angles. Was I trying to eat him here? Why was my mouth so big?
He not only signed my book, but he also signed our photo opp from Sundance.
Rob was very sweet and kind to all the waiting fans and took a moment with each one. I was very impressed.
He even personalized his inscription to me and spent some time discussing his Sundance film.
