When we first saw him at Alec Baldwin's star ceremony, he seemed either a bit shy or douche-y (like Jack McBrayer). When Megan came over, I asked her about Nick and she said he was shy. Finally, when he came over, he was really cool to everyone - making small talk and being super nice. He's adorable! Good choice, Megan.
