Birds of a Feather

As I was driving to work the other day, I saw all these birds just crammed together on a telephone line. I mean, clearly there were other places to go - why are they all so close?

Were they having some sort of bird meeting? Are the few other birds on the farther line deserters? So many questions....

Lunch Buddy

Had lunch with my good friend Adam the other day. I haven't seen him in forever since he started working somewhere else.

It was really fun to see him and get caught up. I've missed him.

Pinky's Fandance - Britt Baron

Britt Baron plays Marc Maron's daughter on GLOW and is completely adorable on the show.

As there were only a few cast members I needed to meet, I was thrilled she came over! Now I've met them all! Squee!!!

R.I.P. Jon

I read in the obituaries today that my friend Jon passed away at the far-too-young age of 45.

While we knew each other a little in high school, we mainly hung out during a period in my life when I partied. A LOT. So, it's a strange relationship. It's not like I knew his family or friends.

There's a memorial this weekend and I'd feel silly going. Still, I'd love to pay my respects. Jon was a great person with a huge heart. These pictures are from our 20 year class reunion which was the last time we saw each other. R.I.P. Jon. You'll be missed.

Top Five LOL Cats of the Day

Delicious Treat!

One of Keith's fans sent us an Outback gift card for $150 (!!!!), which we promptly used last night.

Dad came down to join us and it was fun saying, "Get whatever you want" and not worry about the price. How do I make that happen all the time? I loved being a baller like that! :) We all had filet mignon and lobster and it was a delight! We also celebrated Keith's birthday again because why not?! Super fun night. Great company. Delicious meal. All in all a lovely time.

Pinky's Fandance - Timothée Chalamet

Last year at Sundance I had the opportunity of meeting Timothée Chalamet who has recently been nominated for all the awards for Call Me By Your Name.

While I'm not a fan of that film AT ALL, I do appreciate anyone being fan friendly (especially in a snow storm). At the BAFTA tea recently, there was a gaggle of girls there waiting for him and it was really cute.

Found this shot from a screening of Little Miss Sunshine at Sundance about a million years ago.

Of course, this was also the moment I had to do my "Sophie's Choice" between Steve Carell and Greg Kinnear and absolutely chose wrong. It only took me a million years to finally get my picture with Steve after this. I love how adorbs Abigail is in this, though. So cute!
