Is this what's called a "Humble Brag?" Hey, Aniston, just shut your hole.
He still picked Angie. You lose.

Pinky's Fandance Flashback - Patrick Dempsey
Man, who knew that the nerdy kid from Can't Buy Me Love would grow up to be so, well, dreamy (or should I say McDreamy? Insert groan here).
The first time I met McDreamy was at a talk show and, similar to the other day, my camera misfired (only that time was due to my being way too zoomed in). Instead of our faces, I got a great picture of our eyes. Thankfully, he was able to take another picture with me (which was the one thing that didn't happen the other night). I love this picture!
Rent This: The Wolf of Wall Street
We were finally able to watch the long-awaited film The Wolf of Wall Street last night and I have to admit that after three hours I was left wanting more.
Not more movie, mind you, but more information. As this was based on a real story, I was intrigued to find out what happened to the main people involved. Were they still friends? Where did they end up? As there were no explanations at the end, I was left to research it all on my own.Still, we all really enjoyed the movie, swear words and all. Actually, I didn't even notice just how many times they swore (perhaps I just swear too much?!?!). I mean, yeah, there was cursing, but it didn't seem obscene or enough to set a record. Leo was great. Perfect.
I didn't even hate Jonah in his role and that's saying a lot.
Most beguiling, though, had to be Margot Robbie - what a stunner! I might have a new girl crush! :) If you get a chance, check it out.
Celebrity Wrap Up - Saturday Edition
Hello and welcome to Saturday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
If she's wearing that hat, what is Pharell wearing? Looking GOOD, Brad! :) *slurp*
Whoever lit Jon Hamm like this needs to be fired immediately. Poor man looks like he needs a liver transplant.
How long has she been a backup singing for Robert Palmer?
Ron Swanson, looking sharp! :)

My Camera Sucks
Yesterday, I had a horrible experience, yet again, with this terrible, awful, stupid camera.Yes, I can call it names. It deserves them.
Yesterday Alyson Hannigan (from How I Met Your Mother and American Pie) was on a talk show. I've been DYING for a picture with her forever and was super excited to finally get a chance to meet her.
The last time she was scheduled for the talk show, her daughter got sick so she couldn't come (she was awesome about tweeting me back and letting me know, though. She said she'd make it up to us). Aside from that, the only other time I've seen her was at the American Pie Reunion premiere (where I had a huge sign for her), but she skipped me. Boo.
I've met the rest of the cast of How I Met Your Mother and American Pie - just needed to get that last picture with her!
When she arrived, she looked like she was running late, so she didn't come over. When she left - a little later than usual - her people said she had somewhere to be and couldn't do pics. UM. Here's the thing - most times pics are faster than autographs and we'd been waiting hours. At the very least, if the star is OK taking pictures, I don't see the problem. And why take so long to leave if you're in a hurry? Whatever. I'll shut up about that now. Despite Security saying NO pictures, she did one with me. Hooray, right? WRONG. Immediately I saw the "file error" on my camera. NOOOOOOOO!!!!
Our friends who were there got video, which is how these screenshots happened. They are not great. I admit that. But, they're better than the nothing I was left with after my devastation.
And, friends, I. Was. Devastated. To see me you would've thought a family member had died. I was THAT emotional. There was screaming, crying, wailing. It wasn't pretty. Poor Keith. At some point I blamed him. Again, it wasn't pretty. I'm not proud. I'm mortified by my behavior. I don't understand it. I mean, it was a long-awaited goal that failed right at the last minute, but whatever. I've always maintained that whether or not a photo opportunity happens, my life remains the same. But this time just felt really, really sad when it didn't work out. Did my life change? No. Did anyone die? No. Will I see Alyson again? Maybe. Who knows. Maybe I will and maybe I won't. Doesn't really matter at this point because my reaction and memory of the day is unable to be changed. I'm permanently the girl who freaked out. Not to Alyson's face (let's get that cleared up right away), but I saw a fellow fangirl staring at me like I was insane after it was over. I probably looked it. I know I felt it. Today Keith and I were trying to understand my intense reaction and I think it was just like that "one last thing" that tips you over the edge when things aren't going your way. Like if you spill milk or break something and it's just the final straw....that picture fail was my last straw yesterday of a bunch of things weighing on my mind. Seriously, it's just a picture. There are so many actual things out there that are tragic and awful....missing a photo opportunity really isn't the end of the world. I'll live. Still, you better believe a new camera was ordered right away. In red (Keith's favorite color). I never want to look at that stupid pink one again. Good riddance!
Pinky's Fandance Redux - Luke Wilson
This may come as a surprise to many of you, but Luke Wilson is one of my all-time fave guys. Like, he's in my Top Ten. Yep. I'm totally serious. Both Luke and his brother, Owen, are firmly in the number six and seven spots. For life.
This year I was stoked to meet him again, even after I'd been accosted in a gifting suite by a crazy make-up chick and made to look like a drag queen. Pretend my face isn't caked with make-up and the picture is pretty cute! Well, Luke is anyway.
Star Wars Tie & Happy Anniversary
Check out my sexy husband sporting his new Star Wars tie. He's adorable! Love the tie!
I also happen to love this man more than I'll ever be able to express. Five months ago today we were walking down the aisle....crazy how time flies!
Happy five month anniversary, babe! Love love love you!
Celebrity Wrap Up - Friday Edition
Hello and welcome to Friday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
Something about this makes it feel very ethereal, or religious. I'm not sure why.Man, if I were Ed Sheeran, I'd stay as far away from Harry in pics as possible. He's already unfortunate looking....no need to make it even worse.
I love this shot. It's as though they were having a real conversation (and who's to say they weren't???).
FINE, Gaga, you've won me over. This I will allow.
Somebody's a fan of the Walking Dead - she loves it so much, she's posing as a zombie! That's what she's doing, right?

Sammy Loves His Daddy
Look at how cute Sammy is here - does he love his daddy, or what?
I mean, just in case you couldn't tell from the photo above, I think this next one will remove all doubt.Say it with me now....awwwwww.
Pinky's Fandance - Laurie Hendler
Man, I used to love Gimme a Break when I was growing up. I loved all the sisters, and Nell Carter, and Joey Lawrence. It was a great show and a lot of fun.
I was blown away recently to discover that the lovely lady we'd been talking to at a party played the middle sister, Julie, on Gimme a Break. But as soon as I learned about it, I could start to see it - her face started morphing into the character right before my eyes. Is that weird? Did I just overshare? Laurie was a total sweetheart and we even have mutual friends in common. So cool!
The Breakfast Club - 30 Years Later
Yesterday was a momentous day, my friends. Yes, indeed. The Breakfast Club turned 3-0. Can you believe it?
I saw this post about halfway throughout the day and my head exploded a little bit. THIRTY years ago (!). In case you've been living under a rock, The Breakfast Club is a timeless tale of a group of high school kids from various social classes who are forced to spend a Saturday together in detention.
As you can imagine, there are misunderstandings, there is romance, and, of course, hijinx ensue.
This is one of John Hughes' best films and I'll never tire of watching it. When we're in our nineties at the old folks home, I'm sure I'll still be telling Keith to put this DVD (will we even have DVDs then?) on.
In honor of the Big Day, I made this little collage. Still hoping to meet Ally Sheedy one day!
In one of the best lines from the film, Judd Nelson tells Principal Vernon to eat his shorts. Love it!
Sadly, this is way too true. Long live The Breakfast Club!
Celebrity Wrap Up - Thursday Edition
Hello and welcome to Thursday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
Man, I was hoping with Leighton's help, Vincent would start to appear looking a little less, well, homeless. I was wrong.Transformation into boring soccer mom in 3-2-1 = transformation is COMPLETE.
Slurp.
JUST. SING.
I'll be so happy when Mad Men is over and I'll no longer have to hear whiny Megan on the show.
