Silver Spoons Reunion at the Hollywood Show!!!

Anyone who knows me knows that this show still owns a pretty big piece of my heart.

Silver Spoons was my JAM and featured my true love, Ricky Schroder.

While I've been lucky to meet Ricky several times over the years, I've yet to meet any of his main co-stars (other than Alfonso Ribeiro, Jason Bateman, and Corky Pigeon, who I did have the privilege of meeting). I've always wanted to meet Edward Stratton III Joel Higgins and Kate Summers-Stratton Erin Gray in person and now I'll have the chance! I'm dying!!!

First, the Hollywood Show added Joel Higgins. Squee!

Then, they added Erin Gray.....that could only mean one thing, right???

Finally, all my dreams came true! Ricky Schroder was added to the list! Getting a picture with ALL three is going to make me grin from ear to ear! In fact, I'm already smiling and the show is weeks away!

Oh, and as a reminder, my handsome hubby will also be a guest at the show! Yay!!!!

While it's true that Ryan is a friend of ours and we have several pictures with him over the years, it was still fun to see him in Colorado and get another picture together!

Fourth of July Fun

Actually, I should have said this earlier...hello! We're back! Did you miss me??? :) 

So, obviously we're back from our super fun trip. For the 4th, our original plan was to lay low and do nothing...but we have some very cool friends who invited us over to lounge in their pool and have BBQ. Who were we to resist such an awesome invitation?

Initially I was going to caption this photo, "Keith and all his friends" but that's mean, right? I mean, yes, funny, but still, not nice.

As someone who has seen Singles more times than I can count, I will never pass up an opportunity to get a picture with "Debbie Hunt" herself, Sheila Kelley. 

In fact, I have a hard time stopping myself from quoting the movie to her incessantly every time I see her. Thankfully she's super nice and would probably be fine with my doing so. Thanks, Sheila!

Go See Desperately Seeking Love!!!

Last Friday I was blown away by Keith's new play called Desperately Seeking Love. Everyone did such a great job! I totally loved it.

Normally I'll read Keith's scripts or run lines with him so I have an idea with what to expect. 

However, we've been so busy lately we didn't have time for the usual line running. This was a pleasant surprise!

The play runs for five more weeks - Fridays only at the Whitefire theater.

If you get a chance, come check it out! You'll be glad you did.
