While waiting to see Gravity, we had to wait in a rather long line on Hollywood Blvd. To say we were surrounded by the Most Annoying Women on earth was an understatement, but this was only exacerbated by the bored worker trying to make them laugh (which he did, repeatedly, with some really hacky jokes). One of them sounded like a dead seal when she laughed (and that is being nice).

To distract ourselves from the horror that was her laugh, we decided to have a photo session.

I love how this light gave me a silly bright crown.

The pics aren't the greatest, but I was trying not to club a dead seal (oops, did I say that out loud?).

Pinky's Fandance - Nastassja Kinski

Whenever I think about Nastassja Kinski, only one image comes to mind:

At the time, it seemed incredibly risque (plus, I was little, so everything probably seemed incredibly risque).

She was so cute when we met - in fact, we were taking a "double selfie" at the same time - while I was taking this picture on my phone, she was also taking a picture on her cell phone. I wonder what she did with the picture?

One Step Closer To Happy Feet

It's no secret that I have horrible feet. I'm not sure when it started, but my feet are nothing but trouble. Have been for years and it seems like there was nothing I could do but suffer with the neverending circle of trying to fix them.

Thankfully, my husband is very smart. He researched my symptoms and has put me on these homeopathic pills to help correct my feet problems. So far, so good. By George, I think he's on to something!

This excites me to no end - not only because the bottoms of my feet have always been horrible, but because I came back from Hawaii with some lovely new rash on the top of my feet. In fact, it's so bad that I'm afraid both of my feet tattoos are permanently damaged. Boo.

Initially we thought I scraped them while snorkeling, but now who knows. Regardless, I'm so happy to have such a smarty-pants husband. Thanks, babe! You make everything better.

Celebrity Wrap Up - Monday Edition

Hello and welcome to Monday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.

Yowsa! Will Forte cleans up NICE. On a related note, I can never look at him and not remember our amazingly funny encounter experience. Hearing him yell down the street, "We'll never break up!" will keep me laughing for years to come.

Why does her skirt have a mullet? She looks pretty sad about it.

This looks like a costume on Downton Abbey, only not quite as attractive.

I would have preferred no dress to this monstrosity.

I thought this filter made my hair color look pretty cool. :) Awww, my cute little Bubba (that's what we call Sammy almost 99% of the time).

Pinky's Fandance - Lisa Loring

Lisa Loring played Wednesday on the popular TV series The Addams Family alongside Keith's grandfather, Jackie Coogan (who played Uncle Fester on the show).

Upon first seeing her, I was struck at just how similar she looks to Christina Ricci (who played Wednesday in the film adaptation with the series). I guess that proves how well they did at casting! Of course, my mind still mixes up The Addams Family with The Munsters. Don't judge me.

See This: Gravity

Last night Keith and I attended the IMAX 3-D SAG screening for Gravity starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney. I have one word about that experience: TERRIFYING!!!!!

Don't get me wrong - the movie itself was well done and incredibly interesting, but seeing it in IMAX 3-D was just a little too much for me. I thought I was going to have a panic attack in the middle of the theater as it felt like I was up in space WITH them.

Of course, it doesn't help that I'm already afraid of heights. Well, being up in space would be the ultimate height, huh? Still, it's a good movie, so if you get a chance, check it out (maybe just skip the 3-D).

Celebrity Wrap Up - Sunday Edition

I just wish Heidi were a little less shy about showing off her assets. Oh, wait....

I've never seen anyone more look depressed whilst wearing such a cheery color.

I'm pretty sure that was meant to be worn UNDER her dress, not AS a dress.

There's something so wonderfully "school marm" about Meryl that I love.

It's too bad they didn't make this outfit in her size.

Top Five LOL Cats of the Day

Time Flies

Why does time feel like it's going by so quickly lately? After weeks of nothing going on, now everything is happening at once...how did that happen? We have Golden Globes stuff this weekend, then Keith is presenting an award at the Shock Fest Awards, then we're going on a romantic getaway for Keith's birthday, and then pretty much as soon as we get back we'll have to pack up for Sundance. Where is the time going?

I mean, it feels like we just got married (OK, well, we kind of did). And especially like we just met (again, well, we kind of did). Next month it'll be a year since we first met....a whole YEAR! Where has the time gone? Perhaps we're just falling victim to the old adage, "Time flies when you're having fun?"

Pinky's Fandance - Jill Whelan

After meeting Gavin MacLeod, it only made sense to go and meet his on-screen daughter from The Love Boat, Jill Whelan, who played Vicki Stubing. The was also hilarious in the movie Airplane.

While Jill was nice enough, I'm afraid our reception wasn't quite as welcoming as Gavin's. Now, maybe that's just because Gavin is so over-the-top nice it makes everyone else pale in comparison?

The odd part is that I totally expected it to be the other way around - especially considering Keith had worked with Jill long ago. When he brought it up, she wasn't too receptive to it (conversely, Gavin was super interested in the episode of The Love Boat Keith was on). Still, it was awesome to meet her.

Skip This: Grown Ups 2

I'm kind of surprised I'm even saying this, but I pretty much hated Grown Ups 2. Although I'd bought it when it came out (as I expected to love it, as I love all things Sandler-related), I really didn't care for it at all. Too many fart jokes, too much throw up, and basically just too many things that would make a third grader laugh.

Am I getting too old for this type of humor? Normally I love anything and everything this group of SNL alumni do. But this just felt....weak. Silly. Lame. Forced. For such a great cast, it really was awful. Is it me?
