Stylin' Sammy

Yesterday I came from work to find Sammy dressed like this:
My sister came by to take him out, since both my sis and my dad are huge helps with Sammy when I'm at work (big thanks!!!) and apparently she wanted to dress him up.
He didn't seem to mind it - I love that his paws look like little socks. SO cute! ;) I just adore him. Wait, is that new?
