Loves It!

Apologies for the lack of posts after the long holiday weekend! I came down with a stomach flu earlier in the week and am just starting to feel better.

I also got my second Shingles shot last week, which was awful and hard to recover from over the weekend. But at least it's over! The bright spot in my week was finally getting to buy this beauty! I've been looking for it FOREVER!! So stoked!

Indoor Garden Party Show

Last week we had the awesome opportunity to attend Russell Crowe's Indoor Garden Party at the Whisky-a-Go-Go in Hollywood.

It was so great! Russell Crowe has an incredible voice and we loved seeing our friend Scott Grimes perform, as well.

It was so lovely to see our friends from the UK this past weekend - Southampton reunion!

We had such a great dinner at Smoke House - one of our fave places! Good food, good company, what could be better?

Don't Tell Mom Screening in Santa Ana!

On Saturday we attended a Celebration of Life for my BFF's mom. It was a lovely day and great to see everyone under the sad circumstances.

It's so funny to me that I'd been wanting to meet Victor Rasuk for like a million years (seriously, over a decade) and over the past six months I've met him three times.

It always seems to happen like that! Adored his work on Raising Victor Vargas and The Baker & the Beauty.

Disney Day

We had a blast at Disneyland last weekend even though it was super hot.

We love going with our friends Joe and Patti. In fact, we might be doing it again real soon! Shocking!

R.I.P. Richard Simmons

Richard Simmons was such a lovely human being. He passed away last week when we were out of town and I haven't had the chance to properly memorialize him as I'd like.

I grew up watching him encourage people to be better, to lose weight, to be active, and he always seemed like someone you could be friends with.

When I first moved to LA, he was teaching a workout class in LA that my friend took me to and I had this amazing talk with Richard who just exuded so much love to everyone.

I'd first met him outside Jimmy Kimmel Live and he was as sweet as can be. The world is a little less bright without him in it. R.I.P. Richard. We miss you already.

Never thought in a million years I'd ever get the chance to meet Whoopi Goldberg as she's very rarely in Los Angeles.

So grateful for my friend Duggan who let me know about the event! Woot!

We attended a pre-Comic Con bash the other night and had some fun shots taken on the red carpet.

If you've ever met Keith at a con and gotten a photo op with him, you know we have a pretty standard list of poses we do with each guest. Basically you end up with an entire film roll filled with pics.

We've found a new pose to add to our line-up and it's super cute! Love it.

Paw Print FAIL

Last night we tried (unsuccessfully) to get Bubba's paw print - first with ink, then with clay.

As you can see, both attempts were miserable failures. Makes me laugh, though! Bubs HATES having his paws touched.
