Shirt City

Half of my sister's family came down yesterday to make some awesome shirts for Spenser's groupies (he's got a new band) and Max's skate brand, Dark Matter.

I loved this shot of Baby Z chilling with a guitar.

Matching shirts! The coolest!

Right after Z kneed him in the family jewels. Ouch!

How great is this logo? It's Max skating. I love it.

This is the album cover they wanted to use for Spens' band, Vibe Out. I think the logo looks cool!

We also made Phoenix a Team Duckie shirt. Too cool!

My awesome brother-in-law, Adam, had a birthday yesterday. We didn't get to see him on his actual birthday, but since we're seeing him today, I figured it was time to post the birthday greeting.

Use This: Coconot Oil

Finally! I've been trying everything to fix my broke-ass hair full of split ends and I think I found the solution - coconut oil!

Not only is it smooth and lovely, but it smells divine. I can't wait to see the wonders it does to my hair!

As a lifelong fan of Days of our Lives, getting to meet "Doug and Julie" in person was a real treat!

They were just as sweet as you'd imagine they'd be. Plus, extra points for looking like we were all on some amazing double date!

Had to get another mammogram. Dis-like!

Last time I lucked out with a kind and patient X-ray tech. This time I did not. Boo.

Of course I waited too long to return for my second one...a year too late, actually. Oops. But I did it, finally. Wahoo! Thank goodness that torture is over for another year (or two....).

Watch This: Love

I finally did it. I finally pulled the plug on watching Judd Apatow's new series on Netflix, Love, starring Gillian Jacobs and Paul Rust.

I have one word for it: Love! Sure, I'm only one episode in, but I can already tell I'm going to love it. The characters are unique, interesting, and yet, just like every last one of us. I can't wait to see how it all turns out.

Paul Rust is amazingly likable on-screen. Great casting choice. Thanks, Judd!

Pinky's Fandance - Jay Duplass

The Duplass brothers are ALWAYS at Sundance. Always. I've met Mark (Jay's brother) a million, trillion times (slight exaggeration). However, I never paid attention to Jay before, which makes me wonder just how many times I've passed by him over the years.
