Celebrity Wrap Up - Friday Edition

I think she's channeling Princess Leia here, but I could be wrong. I know Brad's here is long, but I'll allow it.

While I'm aware that Keith and I have so many cheesy pictures it's ridiculous, we simply can't seem to help it. I promise we're not doing it to be annoying - we're just super happy and in love and, well, I think that kind of shows up in our pictures.

Come on - I mean, I can't even look at this without smiling. It makes me deliriously happy to see us being deliriously happy (that sounds weird, right? Well, you know what I mean).

I just love these new pics. I had to update my profile picture today since I love it so much. Too cute!

Pinky's Fandance - William Katt

I don't know about you, but I can't even look at this picture without hearing the theme song from "The Greatest American Hero" playing in my head. I LOVED that show! How great was William Katt in it? I mean, seriously, he was the bee's knees.

I've wanted to meet him for soooo long! It seems like every time his name would be listed on a show, something would happen last minute and then he wouldn't show. Boo. Luckily he was all over the show we were just at - we saw him at the hotel, the restaurant, the show, and, well, you get the idea. Keith actually fanboyed out so hard over him he had to go back later and apologize (gotta love when celebs get frazzled themselves over someone else's work). William was very cool. I really enjoyed meeting him.

My friend and cube mate Clarissa brought me this adorable Hello Kitty manicure set for my birthday the other day. Isn't it the coolest?

Don't be jealous that my toe nail dryers are shaped like Hello Kitty. You know you are.

Waffle House or Bust

When Keith and I were in South Carolina a few weeks ago, we saw Waffle Houses practically everywhere we went. As we'd never been before, we didn't realize how quickly one could get in an out of there (and it seemed we were always in a rush, so we'd never stopped to try it).

Thankfully our new friends in the South introduced us to the magic of Waffle House (I mean, I can't believe we weren't arrested for not going there before - it must be some sort of law to go there, right?).

My choice? A pecan waffle with blueberries and whipped cream on top. When she asked how much whipped cream I wanted, I replied with, "I don't even want to see that waffle." As you can see, she did a great job at following my request. Delicious! Plus, the company was even better than the food. The next time you see one of these along the road, stop and enjoy it! You'll thank me later.

Pinky's Fandance Redux - Anthony Michael Hall

It's no secret how much I love and adore my '80s movies - especially ones created by John Hughes.

I was so thrilled to get to see Anthony Michael Hall again - he's just the nicest guy. I love him. He was kind enough to sign our photo opp from the last time we met, as well as my amazing new Sixteen Candles poster. Hooray!

As you can tell, obviously we're BFFs now (ha - I wish!). So much fun was had this weekend - happy to have had Anthony Michael Hall be a part of it. And, yes, the 16-year-old girl in me was pinching herself the entire time.

Fanboy / Fangirl Expo

We got back yesterday from the Fanboy Expo in Knoxville, TN. While we had a blast and met some great people along the way, suffice it to say that all the traveling is really starting to get to us.

While I don't watch the show, I can assure you that I feel like The Walking Dead today. Ugh.

I did walk away with this awesome shirt - I love that they made a fangirl version to match with the fanboy stuff. So fun!

To commemorate our fantastic weekend, Keith bought me this adorable Hello Kitty bearing Tennessee colors. Isn't it the cutest thing you've ever seen?!?! Well, aside from Keith himself....
