Ricky Schroder happened to tweet this picture out the other day of him reunited with his co-stars from Silver Spoons and I was like a giddy school girl inside getting to see them all together again.

Man, why couldn't I have been in New York for this? That's all there is to it - the Collector's Show needs to have a Silver Spoons reunion STAT! I need to get my lunchbox signed anyway, right? :)

Pinky's Fandance - Jayson Blair

Now this was a delightful surprise. When I was looking through some pictures tonight I came across this lost treasure of me and Jayson Blair long before he started guest starring on The New Normal.

I had no idea I'd taken a picture with Jayson Blair! See, this is why you should always get pictures with people when you can - because you just never know what's going to happen to them. WIN.

New Baby Blanket

One of the best parts about having so much time to hang out at the golf tournament this weekend was that I was finally able to get a lot of work done on the baby blanket I've been making for my friend Ross's first granddaughter.

Even better? Tonight I was finally able to finish it - hooray! Now I need to start working on the major blanket for the wedding I'm going to in May. Gotta get on that!

Why David Spade Hates Me

It's my sad duty to report that David Spade pretty much hates me. Due to my camera's flash going off WAY too quickly and brightly last night, David clutched his eyes and acted as though I intentionally shot him in the eye.

Now, the sad part is that I know he has trouble with his eyes. I'm a huge fan, I've done my research. I would NEVER want to hurt him and feel terribly that I did. Pretty sure this is the last picture he's ever going to take with me. Boo. :(

Pinky's Fandance - Steve Garvey

One of the coolest people we met yesterday at the golf tournament was legendary Dodger Steve Garvey.

I love that he posed us for this picture. I think it looks like some sort of engagement pose or something - it cracks me up! Steve could not have been nicer to us. So cool!

Weekend Retreat

This weekend I headed down to Palm Springs to hang out with my girl, Lindsay, from www.iamnotastalker.com.

In addition to seeing her new place, we had a great day over at a celebrity golf tournament that was being held right down the street from her house.

We were even lucky enough to get a (Scott) Wolf sandwich!

Big thanks to Lindsay and Bret for a super fun weekend adventure. It was a quick trip, but I had a great time!

Top Five LOL Animals of the Day

Happy Birthday, Ross!

My good friend Ross at work had a birthday this week and to celebrate I had my friend Clarissa put Ross's face on a KFC logo since we always tease him about how much he looks like Colonel Sanders.

Didn't she do an amazing job? We put these on a few KFC buckets and then put donuts in the buckets for the team. Turned out great!

Pinky's Fandance Redux - Jean Dujardin

You might recall that last year one of my big celebrity goals of the year was a picture with Jean Dujardin - last year's Best Actor winning Oscar from The Artist.

While I was thrilled to get the picture, I always thought he looked kinda weird and I wanted another photo.

This was not what I was hoping for. Still, the salt and pepper is kinda hot. That face he's making, however, is not.

Missing: 'RE

I'm starting to get concerned that no one appears to know how to spell anymore. I mean, is it really so hard to decipher between their, there, and they're?

Most concerning is the blatant disregard for the 'RE at the end of you're - as in YOU ARE. Please note: This is NOT spelled YOUR. There is an 're at the end that seems to have run away. Why can no one locate it?

Let's practice: You're amazing! = correct. Your amazing = WRONG.

I wish it didn't bother me so much, but I must admit that when someone is texting me and/or emailing me and they can't spell, I get a bit turned off. I start to judge them. I don't want to....but, I do.

I can't help it. We all went to the same schools, right? I mean, they taught English in school as I recall. Why can no one spell? Or use the proper of its? It's = it is.

My friend and I were talking about it last night and, thankfully, she shares my love for the proper use of spelling and grammar. Maybe that's why we're friends? :)
