Mouse-Con Bakersfield

We had a fun day at the first annual Mouse-Con Bakersfield this weekend.

I love shows that we can drive to and get home from at a reasonable time! They're the best!

Pinky's Fandance - Richard Marx

Richard Marx was a fairly big deal growing up and I'm pretty sure there were a multitude of dance themes based on his cheesy & catchy songs.

It was great to meet him and his wife (Daisy Fuentes) last week. Very nice people!

It kind of looks like the greatest shirt ever - bonus points for Nick being in the center. Squee! Need!

Family Portrait - A Work of Art

Our nephew, Zane, aged 5, made us this adorable family portrait. Isn't it the best?!?!

I especially love Keith's extra arms and Sammy's inclusion.

While I've been lucky to meet Melanie a few times over the years, it had been awhile since I've seen her.

She is always very fan friendly, though, which I appreciate.

Top Five LOL Dogs of the Day

Yes, I know they're all the same picture, but for some reason they all cracked me up today.

Coincidence? I Think Not

The cast of our beloved Schitt's Creek was on What Happens Live the other night and Dan just happened to wear a beautiful pink suit.

Coincidence? I think not. I love you, too, Dan! :)

True confession time: I happen to LOVE Shaggy. He is magic. I love his voice and if you've ever heard his songs with Sting you would fall in love. They are truly amazing together. I never would've expected their voices to work together as well as they do, but they really, really sound incredible together.

My friend Michelle and I used to crank Shaggy all the way up and would always sing loudly in the car to, "It Wasn't Me." I still love that song! He was great in the Little Mermaid Live production, as well, where he played Sebastian. Love him!
