The Hollywood Museum Annette Funicello Exhibit

This week we were invited to a great event at the Hollywood Museum where they were launching an Annette Funicello exhibit.

It was really cool to walk around the museum and see their fun stuff.

To honor Annette, we wore our Mickey Mouse ears.

Pinky's Fandance - Eric Scott

Eric Scott played Ben Walton on The Waltons for the entire run of the show. As Ben Walton, he was Keith's "cousin" on the show.

We love Eric and his wife and always enjoy seeing them out and about.

This was found on the back of an A1 bottle. That's right, steak sauce. Why does my steak sauce need to have an opinion about anything?

Just be steak sauce. Quietly. No one cares if you have self esteem. Blech.

New Pillow for Sammy

My dad recently added a super comfy pillow to his couch and Sammy is all about it when he visits.

With all the changes going on at home, I wanted to get him something similar, so I was stoked that we found this great pillow the other night. Works great! Matches, too. Stoked.

Pinky's Fandance - Alexis Knapp

During one awards weekend, I was out and about meeting people and one night I came across Alexis Knapp from Pitch Perfect. She was super nice and cool to fans, but I didn't really recognize her right off the bat.

The NEXT day, I was at another event and ended up meeting her again. Now, mind you, I had no idea it was the same person because her hair was different and I wasn't really paying attention.

DUH DUH DUH! Lovely person, but it still makes me laugh that I had no idea I posed with her twice in a row.

Flamingo Paintings!

There are very few things we enjoy doing more than learning how to paint artwork for our walls. So, when we found a class that was teaching flamingo painting, we jumped at the chance to learn!

Apparently someone was spelling challenged with my name...

Such a great time! I wish mine looked a little less beaky, but I forgot I wanted to make it into a heart. WAAAA. Oh, well. Now we know how to make them on our own! :)
