All The Points for Keith

I came across these pictures on Getty Images the other day and they totally made me smile.

They also fall into the millions of reasons why my husband is the best. One night, years ago, he braved a "rail" with me to wait for people arriving to an event. We ended up getting a bunch of pictures that night, but the main thing I'd gone for was to get Sam Trammell's autograph on a True Blood picture we'd recently purchased.

Look at Keith's excitement at seeing the finished product. It's adorable!

Of course we had to show off our victory to the photographer. Sam's was the only autograph on the poster I wanted. Thanks again, babe, for all of your unwavering support. You rule.

Pinky's Fandance - Rachel Brosnahan

Here's what's funny about going to these parties where you get tons of pictures in one night - sometimes you don't remember who you've taken pictures with. I know, such a First World Problem, right?

I was talking to my friend Scotty the other day about wanting to check out The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon and he said we'd met the lead, Rachel Brosnahan, from it years before when she was on House of Cards. Not remembering this at all, I checked my pictures and, sure enough, there she was. Squee! I love these type of surprises!

Happy FIVE Year Meetiversary!!!

Guys, can you believe that it's been FIVE WHOLE YEARS since that fateful day I met Keith?!?! FIVE years!!!

How has time gone by so fast? Is it on warp speed, or what?

Just as a reminder, all of these pictures were taken on the day we met. This was actually our very first picture together. It was when he stood up to take the picture that our eyes locked and our hearts recognized each other. It was beautiful. It was strange. And it was just like a movie.

This was our second picture together. A little more cuddly, I'd say.

Top Five LOL Dogs of the Day

Sheena Metal's Anniversary Show

Keith was a guest at the Sheena Metal Anniversary show on Sunday night at the Hollywood Improv. It was an interesting night.

I didn't take a picture of her first guest while she was onstage, but it was Carole Ita White, who was lovely to meet. The next guest (shown above) was Dawn Wells from Gilligan's Island.

The next guest was Patty McCormack from The Bad Seed....

Followed by Johnny Whitaker from Family Affair. There was a lot of kissing on the stage at that point and things got weird.

But, finally, Keith was onstage! Hooray!

Of course he did a great job! He always does! I just wish the show wasn't so freaking late. It didn't even start until almost 10pm. Ugh. WAY too late on a Sunday night.

Pinky's Fandance - Barry Pearl

Speaking of Barry Pearl....it's always hard for me to classify when someone should be a Fandance post or a regular post. as the lines tend to blur quite a bit. Like, it's weird to post pictures of my friends in Fandance, but then when I don't, I feel like they should be. It's a strange place to be.

Because of my adoration and love for Barry Pearl, I decided he really needed to be a Fandance. True, he's been featured here before, but any original cast member from Grease can make as many appearances as they'd like. Plus, Barry is the best!

The Brunch Bunch

We met up with some members from the "Ex Child Star Secret Society" (yes, that exists) this weekend for Sunday Brunch.

The lighting was weird when we took this picture, but I still think it's pretty cute.

There were actually more people at the beginning, but this is the group at the end. We sat across from Barry Pearl from Grease and I was basically DYING. An actual T-Bird?!?! Come on.
