Pinky's Fandance - Debbie Gibson

At the Hollywood Show yesterday I had the chance to meet Debbie Gibson!

I can't even hear her name without hearing all those teeny bop songs of my youth. I loved her songs and still could sing every one of them (don't judge me). It would've been awesome if they had both Debbie AND Tiffany! :) Debbie was incredibly fan friendly and sweet. Yay!

I'm In Love

I've spent SO many years searching for the perfect camera. Despite how good they looked on the shelf, it always seemed like they had most of the features that I wanted, but always lacked something (sounds a little like the men I meet too....wait, what?). 

I'm happy to report that those days are over. My new camera is my True Love Forever camera. It's a good size, has amazing features, takes quick pics, and it's PINK! Love love love. I'm so happy not to have to carry around three cameras at all time. Hooray. :)

Pinky's Fandance Redux - Bradley Cooper

After seeing Bradley Cooper on the Golden Globes tonight, all I can say is....WOW. I mean, has anyone ever looked that good in a tux? I think not. Mark me down for a yes.

I love that Bradley is posing in a strange but inviting way in this picture. I also love that Robert DeNiro is in the background posing with my fans. I look atrocious, but no one is looking at me, so that's OK.

My Girls!

Yesterday was a really busy day which started with some girl time with a few of my favorite girls - Kathy and Lindsay.

I can't believe it's been a year since Lindsay and I met Kathy. After I see the girls, I headed to the Hollywood Show at LAX for a bit and then drove to my brother's for dinner. My night ended at Chateau Marmont - busy busy!

This Is Why I Suck At Getting Autographs

While I've never been a big autograph collector, I do think it's cool to be able to get a picture you have with the celebrity signed.

If you must know, I've been trying to get these pictures signed by Bradley FOREVER. I don't know why it's so hard, he's like the nicest person ever.

Sadly, due to my inability to ask for a proper autograph, I failed to get what I wanted - this one signed in anything but silver (oops) and personalized to me. Oh, well. Back to the drawing board.

Pinky's Fandance - Robert DeNiro

Well, this is something I never thought would happen in a million, trillion years. I mean, Robert DeNiro is SUCH an icon and a legend - I never expected him to not only agree to a picture, but have to squat down from the stage to be in it. Amazing. 

I was once in an auditorium with 1200 people and was overwhelmed just seeing him on a stage and being in the same room with him. To get to meet him up close? Incredible. Just really, really great. So stoked.

So, this is one of the fun things I bought with some extra Christmas cash this year - a super cool iCade! 

Essentially, this is a tiny desktop game that you put your iPad in and create your own personal arcade game. So cool! Can't wait to have a little more time to fiddle with it.

Splurge of the Day

I was so proud of myself for not getting my usual Christmas present - a new camera - this year, as I have too many as it is. But then last night I was looking online for a new charger for my beloved Samsung camera and came across my same camera with better features in PINK! How could I resist? I mean, really. It would be impossible to say no to.

Even cooler? It can get onto Wi-Fi and transmit your pictures to Facebook immediately. Um, mark me down for a YES!

To make things even more amazing, one of my dear friends and a co-worker handed me this $100 bill and told me to use it towards the camera. Um, are you serious?!!? I just had to get it then! :)

Pinky's Fandance Flashback - Judd Nelson

In honor of Sundance officially starting one week from today, I present one of my very favorite Sundance surprises: meeting the illustrious Judd Nelson. Yes, that's right - John Bender himself!

Seriously - you'd be hard pressed to find a giddier girl than I was that day. I thought my head was going to explode because I was JUST. SO. EXCITED. Even just seeing this picture makes me deliriously happy. I love you, Judd. I love you deep and true.

Yes, I Am A 12-Year-Old

A few weeks ago I saw this One Direction (or 1D for those "in the know" oh, no, why do I know that?) wallet at the mall. As much as I wanted to get it, I remembered that I'm 102 and therefore have no business flaunting teen idols on my person. 

So, I resisted. Good on me. Yesterday I saw these trading cards at Michael's for $1 and couldn't resist...oh, no. What have I done? The problem is that I thought there'd be a Harry card and instead it's a bunch of randoms. I don't care about the rest of the band. I only like Harry. Fail on the 1D splurge.
