Still Thinking Pink
So, it's been almost a month and my hair is still pink. I used this temporary dye that was "supposed to" wash out after a few weeks, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Of course, when I first dyed it, the pink was much darker.
Now it's more of a light pink, but it's still pink nonetheless. It's funny, I always forget I have pink hair until I notice people staring at me in stores (this happened far more in Utah than California for some reason). Haven't they ever seen super cool hair before?!?! Sheesh. :)

Pinky's Fandance - Francois Arnaud
OK, I'll admit it: I'm not a huge fan of The Borgias. Don't get me wrong, it's a great show, but all the violence gets to me after awhile.
However, I will make an exception to watch it from time to time. Mainly for this treat: Francois Arnaud is the bright spot of the show. Not only is he super fine, but he's got a sexy accent to boot AND is very fan friendly. WIN.

Celebrity Wrap Up - Sunday Edition
Hello and welcome to Sunday's edition of Celebrity Wrap Up.
I realize Jerry's trying to look like a proud hubby by flashing the newspaper, but his face looks a bit crazed.
My girl Lindsay is obsessed with KC. I'm posting this pic to show her that KC is barely showing her baby bump.
So, this is what happens to aging action stars....they end up having surgeries together.
This girl claims her stomach is just "naturally thin" - um, honey, there's nothing natural about how small your stomach is, m'kay?
At this point I'll basically use any reason to post a picture of George Clooney's beauty. Yum.

Times Talk LA
Last night Lindsay and I were super lucky to find last-minute tickets for the Times Talk LA series featuring George Clooney and Alexander Payne. Knowing how crazed (read: focused) I've been to meet Clooney, you'd better believe I was all about going to that event!
It was awesome to watch George and Alexander interact with each other and the crowd.
I mean, really, I could watch George Clooney breathe for two hours straight and be perfectly content.
The only downfall was the moderator of the event. He was THE WORST! Now, for all I know he's a great writer, but as a public speaker he's seriously lacking in skills. He talked way too much and interjected far too many personal anecdotes into answers. Plus, he could barely get out a sentence without stuttering and his attitude was poor. We didn't care about him. We wanted Alexander and Clooney.
Speaking of Clooney, have I shown you this before? Oh, well. I'm going to guess it'll be featured on this site many more times, so get used to it! :)
I'd met Alexander Payne at Sundance several years ago, but he was too nice not to get another picture with him. Plus, I LOVE his work! The Descendants is still one of my faves of the year.

Friends, I'm beyond excited to report that the one and only Dana Carvey will be performing at an LA-based Improv next weekend. DANA CARVEY!!!

Of course, nowadays he's best known for his hysterical stand-up specials, but he's truly one of the comedy giants of our day. I WORSHIP him. I can't wait to see him perform live! Wahoo!

It's Been Downton This Whole Time?
For as long as people have been talking about this amazing show, Downton Abbey, I thought it was Downtown Abbey. Duh. I watched the credits and was like, "They mis-spelled it!"
Regardless, it's a great show. I've only watched the first few episodes, but I'm hooked.

Pinky's Fandance - Penelope Ann Miller
I've loved Penelope Ann Miller since she played Matthew Broderick's love interest in Biloxi Blues about a million years ago. I thinks he's adorable and doesn't work nearly enough.
Thankfully, she's got a small role in The Artist, so she's been all over town promoting it. Hooray for me - that means I was finally able to meet her. :) Yay! What a sweetheart. Love her.
