You probably thought my Duran Duran countdowns were over, now that DD week has passed us by, but, my friend, I'm afraid there's a new countdown to be had.
That's because in one week - a mere seven days - I will be reunited with my true love in life, Nick Rhodes.
Oh, yeah, and the rest of the band. :)
DD is playing a venue in Pomona next Thursday and I'm attending (
as a VIP, don't be jealous) with my fellow Duranie, Suzie. I can't wait!!
I'm starting to send out good vibes to the universe starting NOW that we'll be selected at random to meet the band (
which actually is something that happens, I'm not making that up. It's part of the VIP thing. We just need to win the drawing). Seriously, if I was able to get a picture with the entire band I'm fairly certain I'd never stop smiling. Ever.
